We-are-on Lingerie, will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days. Merchandise must be unworn, in original condition and with tags attached. If you have tried on your purchase, please make sure there are no make-up or deodorant marks or your return will be rejected by our return department. When trying on shoes we suggest doing so in a carpet area to avoid scratches on the sole.

Returns shipped to our return department that do not meet our return policy will encounter additional shipping or restocking fees. Customers are responsible for return shipping. If you are located near a store, our stores accept online returns.
